Bohrium is a radioactive metal which was artificially created by a group of German scientists in the early 1980s. They managed to obtain it from bismuth and chromium, though a group of Russian scientists from Moscow claimed that they’d discovered and produced this new element in the mid 1970s. Anyways, it is a toxic element, very dangerous for all living things on our planet and used only for scientific purposes. Bohrium was named after a prominent Danish scientist Nils Bohr.
